CLASS DESCRIPTIONS & PRICING
OPEN SOURCE FUNDAMENTALS
Designed with the total beginner in mind, Open Source Fundamentals classes are conducted as a 10-week long, rotating curriculum that you can join at any time. Adults and mature teens of any level and any affiliation welcome. We train in traditional BJJ gis. Loaner gis are available.
JOIN A CLASS
Drop-ins encouraged. Pay-as-you-go. Pay-what-you-want. Recommended contribution $10-$20 per class. Monthly plans available upon request.
OPEN SOURCE KIDS
This class aims to provide school-age children with a firm base in one of the most practical martial arts in existence. Our biggest goal with this program is to foster a life-long love of jiu-jitsu and strong friendships on and off the mats. Open to kids ages 7-15.
JIU-JITSU 2.0 (GI)
This program is set up to expand on the concepts and principles of the Fundamentals Program. Expect to get a more intense workout while exploring more advanced positions and concepts in detail. While anybody of any level is more than welcome to attend this class, it is recommended that you have a strong understanding of the basic movements and positions beforehand.
NO-GI JIU JITSU
The no-gi program provides a comprehensive approach to grappling without the traditional gi. While anybody of any level is more than welcome to attend this class, it is recommended that you have a strong understanding of the basic movements and positions beforehand.
OPEN MAT
Open mats are exactly what they sound like. The mat is open to all affiliations and levels. Drill with a partner. Fight your friends. Just don't be a d*ck!

YOGA FOR BJJ
Join us on the mats to follow along with the popular "Yoga for BJJ" video instructions. We pay for the subscription, project it on our big screen and you benefit from group support and encouragement.
